How to Purchase Tickets

You can purchase tickets over the phone or through the mail.

Over the Phone

Call the TFFM voice mail at 757.626.FOLK (3655)

Remember this is voice mail.  No one will ever answer the phone but your message is forwarded immediately to a members phone where they will take your info a call you back ASAP.  Remember to leave your number.

  • Listen to the full message.
  • If you have a general question about TFFM, a concert or need membership information leave your message after the beep.
  • To hear information on TFFM press #2, you can leave a message here
  • If you need to hear more about making a ticket purchase press #3
  • If you understand the procedure just listen for the concert you wish to attend and press that number 4 - 7.  Leave your name, phone number and number of seats needed.  Since we only list 4 concerts at a time on the voice mail the concert you wish to attend may not be listed.

    • If this is the case just leave your request and phone number after the beep ... we'll get back to you.

    DO NOT leave credit card info in the voice mail.  Someone will call you back ASAP and take that information from you over the phone.

    Unless requested, your tickets and credit card receipt will not be mailed but kept in will call status and available for pick-up one hour before show time.
     
    If you do not wish to pre-pay for tickets in advance you can make a reservation, which is always suggested, by leaving your name, phone number and number of seats needed in the appropriate box.  Consider your call to us your confirmation.  We will not return your call unless you have a question or the concert is sold out.

 

By Mail

  • To purchase tickets by mail simply print and fill out the ticket order form and mail it to the address shown.
  • Send only checks or money orders made out to TFFM.  Do not send CASH
  • If you want your tickets mailed back to you specify that with your order.
  • Ticket orders received 7 days from the concert date will not be mailed but kept in will call status at the box office.
