Join the Band Tidewater Friends of Folk Music is an organization run strictly by volunteers who's continuing promise is to bring quality music to the Hampton Roads area. TFFM was formed to advance, preserve, and promote music in the community through the sponsorship of concerts, work-shops and related activities. Being in the audience at a TFFM concert is a wonderful experience. We've presented some incredible concerts over the years ranging from blues to bluegrass, folk and old time, Celtic to Americana. Also those that attend our shows have been able to meet outstanding performers. For the past 37 years TFFM has tried to bring you the very best entertainment we could and your comments tell us you think we're doing a pretty good job. It is our pleasure to be able to present the caliber of music to you that we have in the past and we want to continue to bring to you the fine performances you've come to expect. As many of you know city and state governments are cutting the budgets allotted for the Arts. Because of these cut-backs in funding TFFM finds itself looking for other avenue's of support and with that said we are now accepting donations of sponsorship. TFFM can't offer much more then our sincerest thanks for your donation but, as a 501(c3) non-profit organization all donations to TFFM are totally Tax deductible. So if you've ever wanted to be in a band, now's your chance.
